Skills for Justice (part of The Workforce Development Trust group) has appointed two new consultants to its Leadership, Management & Organisational Development (LMOD) team.
Senior Consultant Sharon Nash and Practice Consultant Dani Yeomans join the LMOD team at a time of rapid expansion for the practice and the organisations’ Consultancy and Research division as a whole.
Headed up by Chris Burling, LMOD delivers expert leadership interventions and organisational development strategies to enable the justice sector to improve service delivery.
Award-winning organisation development specialist Sharon Nash joins from a South Wales NHS University Health Board where she was Head of Organisational Development. Her signature work in organisation development and culture transformation has seen her operate across geographical and cultural boundaries to establish scalable, purpose driven and inclusive cultures and structures, working with iconic brands such as Sony PlayStation and Coutts & Co. Sharon has an MSc in People and Organisation Development and is an Accredited Positive Psychology Coach Practitioner and a Qualified Performance Development and Executive Coach.
Dani Yeomans is a certified coach, with an academic and practical background in occupational psychology, having begun a PhD in the topic at Birkbeck earlier this month. Dani has experience working in the NHS and the justice sector with Police Now – a British charity supporting the recruitment of police officers across England & Wales.
Head of the team Chris Burling comments:
“Sharon and Dani bring a number of skills and knowledge, combined with credible sector specific experience, that will complement and strengthen our existing faculty of LMOD practitioners. Both appointments demonstrate the organisations’ ambition to provide an LMOD service that can continue to meet the fast changing dynamics of our public sector organisations, their people, teams and leaders so they function to the best of their ability.”
