Natalie specialises in strategic content, brand stewardship and communications that drive engagement, organisational impact and sector influence. In her role at Skills for Justice, Natalie is responsible for the strategic marketing direction of our eLearning and training solution products. She supports Skills for Justice’s mission to strengthen workforce capability, bringing her passion for evidence-informed learning and organisational resilience to purpose-led campaigns that elevate the organisation’s professional narrative.

We asked Natalie to describe her typical day at Skills for Justice. She said:

“Through targeted campaigns and multi-channel communications, I help grow brand visibility and sales pipelines, working closely with the Business Development team to identify and engage high-value markets. I also support the launch and growth of new and existing products, positioning us as trusted experts in in-person and blended training solutions.”

We also asked Natalie what she loves most about her role here at Skills for Justice:

“My favourite thing about working here is the shared sense of purpose. After spending much of my career in private education marketing, I knew I wanted my work to feel more mission-led.

“While we’re not on the frontline delivering vital services, what we do genuinely helps enable them. I love being able to create purpose-driven campaigns that support lifelong, evidence-informed learning; tackle real societal challenges; and help the people delivering essential services do their jobs better. Every learning solution we create plays a part in improving lives through better skills, better jobs, and better services.”

In the coming months, Natalie is looking forward to:

“I’m excited to work closely with the Skills for Justice team to help shape and promote learning solutions that genuinely support workforce capability, professionalism, and resilience across the sector. I’m particularly keen to bring clarity and consistency to how we tell the story of Skills for Justice’s learning solutions – highlighting their real-world impact, supporting the growth of existing programmes, and helping to evolve new ones.”
