By signing the covenant, Skills for Justice and The Workforce Development Trust pledge to uphold the principles of the Armed Forces Covenant, ensure members of the armed forces community are not disadvantaged in society, and treat all with utmost respect and fairness. This commitment includes providing support for employees who are reservists or cadet force adult volunteers, allowing them to attend essential training exercises, and continuing to support armed forces charities through donations and fundraising efforts.
