Alex is an experienced executive coach, consultant, facilitator and manager, combining a strong background in HR with leadership development. He has nearly 20 years coaching experience, having worked with senior leaders and managers at all levels across a range of organisations and in several countries.
His one-to-one coaching assignments have varied from senior government lawyers and legislators to medical academics to public service managers. Alex’s clients value the strong relationships he builds which grow out of care, wisdom and a pragmatic style. He is committed to people practically applying their learning, and coachees tend to comment on his insight, compassion and thought-provoking approach.
He spent over 12 years with Roffey Park Institute, as a Senior Consultant in the UK, and up to 2020 as Regional Director for Asia Pacific, based in Singapore. He currently runs his own consultancy and coaching practice.
Alex is a business graduate with an MPhil from London School of Economics in organisation design and skill use. A qualified Executive Coach (University of Strathclyde), he holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personal Construct Psychology (UKCP), is Level A + B trained in the use of psychometrics, trained in FIRO B and Hogan Personality Inventory, and has an Advanced Diploma in Intercultural Management from Cambridge University.
