Pete Ley has spent 30 years working in the field of mental health in voluntary sector organisations, and within the public sector in local authorities and NHS Trusts. Pete is a qualified Social Worker and has spent over 15 years in leadership positions. He also holds Masters degrees in Applied Social Studies, Healthcare Leadership and Consulting and Leading in Organisations: Systemic and Psychodynamic Approaches.
Pete is fascinated by the complex interactions and dynamics within the systems of his work and he has pursued a study of system psychodynamic approaches as a framework. Pete has been able to apply this learning and experience to his work as an Organisational Consultant and on an individual basis as an Executive Coach.
Pete has provided coaching support to a range of people, including leaders in both national and international charities, healthcare leaders, within the NHS, people who are self-employed, and elsewhere. He is also holds the Tavistock Certificate in Executive Coaching and is registered with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
