Vardeep qualified as a Diagnostic Radiographer in 2000 working clinically until 2015 before transitioning into a Quality Improvement Practitioner role in 2015. She currently works as a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager in an NHS Hospital in Bristol.
Working with a wide range of individuals and teams in a supportive and facilitative style led Vardeep into the coaching space, where she has since gained an Executive Coaching qualification at Henley Business School. Alongside her day-to-day work as a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager Vardeep coaches individuals within her organisation through the Learning and Development faculty and more widely via the NHS Leadership Academy. She also coaches private clients outside of the NHS, including pro bono coaching for a charity.
Vardeep has experience in coaching people from varying professional backgrounds and positions such as senior managers to front-line healthcare professionals. Common topics have included managing career transitions, building self-confidence with public speaking, leadership development and managing stress and anxiety. A person-centred approach best describes Vardeep’s coaching style. Her easeful, trusting and skilled approach enables clients to reflect and gain insights on the root of their challenges, at a pace and depth that works for them, in a supportive and gently challenging manner. Ultimately facilitating the coaching client to achieve meaningful and sustainable change.
