Angela Vernon-Lawson is a Chartered Security Professional with more than 20 years of international experience across protective security, intelligence, surveillance, and crisis response. She holds an MSc in Risk and Security Management from the University of Leicester and is a Fellow of The Security Institute.

Angela has not only led strategic and operational security initiatives for high-profile clients worldwide but also completed a successful tenure in academia as a senior lecturer in Protective Security Management, and has extensive training, assessment, and quality assurance experience.

Her work spans incident response, risk assessment, resilience planning and organisational preparedness, bringing research-informed practice and real-world operational insight into professional learning.
