Former Counter Terrorism Security Coordinator and firearms commander with over 30 years’ policing experience
Philip Moore is a leading subject matter expert in counter-terrorism protective security with 32 years’ policing experience, including roles in Special Branch, the Specialist Firearms Command, Protective Security Operations, and the National Counter-Terrorism Security Office.
As a Counter Terrorism Security Coordinator (CT SecCo) he designed security plans for major public events, royal visits and high-profile venues, working with senior government officials and international partners. He also contributed to the development of training for the National Competent Person Scheme following the Manchester Arena inquiry recommendations.
Philip has delivered protective security training internationally and brings deep operational experience in threat assessment, event security planning and organisational preparedness.
