Bronwen Hall is a Senior Consultant in Workforce Planning at Skills for Justice, specialising in workforce strategy, planning and transformation across public sector organisations. Prior to joining the organisation in December 2025, Bronwen worked with the NHS as a Workforce Project Manager, where she designed, developed and delivered workforce plans at a local, organisational and system level. Her experience includes workforce analysis, business case development, productivity improvement and supporting organisations to optimise their workforce and respond to complex operational challenges.

In her current role, Bronwen works with clients across the justice, health and wider public sectors to develop evidence-based workforce plans and sustainable solutions to workforce challenges. She delivers training and consultancy using the Six Steps Methodology to Integrated Workforce Planning®, supporting organisations through activities including workforce data analysis, stakeholder engagement, scenario planning and workforce strategy development. Bronwen is passionate about collaborative working, innovation and building resilient workforces that are equipped to meet future demands.
