Cathy has been part of Skills for Justice since 2013, having previously worked in the Justice sector for over 20 years. An experienced project manager, Cathy has worked with employers on all aspects of role design. Cathy has provided technical advice to several employer groups; developing Apprenticeship Standards, providing quality assurance and interpretation and liaising with the Institute for Apprenticeships. She is also qualified and experienced in Assessment and Quality Assurance, and has supported organisations to develop and improve their own assessment and quality assurance provision.
