Changing times, changing practice – join us to continue the conversation
Date 27.07.20
Changing times, changing practice is an ongoing series of inspiring and actionable events aimed at shaping your workforce to better suit your needs now, and in the future. As public sector workforce specialists, we are skilled at looking at the wider workforce issues across the justice sector and providing support with key challenges.
For our upcoming police force focussed event, we welcome policing professionals to join us in a virtual day of learning, networking, and exploration of how organisational development, change and learning practice need to develop to support a diverse, trusted and modern police force for all.
Keith Fraser, Skills for Justice Trustee, Chair of the Youth Justice Board, former police superintendent, and most recently appointed as a Race and Ethnic Disparities Commissioner will share his experience of policing, the priorities for policing today and the work we must all do in moving towards a ‘Force for All’.
The event will be facilitated by Associate Consultant Beverley Powell and our Principal Consultant, Toby Lindsay, who bring with them a wealth of experience across mentoring, inclusion and talent management, both in the public and private sector.
The event aims to develop and share practical ideas and tools for you to take away and support your work and practice. Join us and strengthen your community of organisational development practice in policing that benefits you and your organisation now, and in the future. The event will be followed up with dissemination of key ideas, insights and actions, and an on-going network of connection for those who wish to be involved.
