She will be helping identify how and where Skills for Justice can support justice sector organisations and achieve our charitable aim of improving outcomes for service users. Her focus is on listening to the needs of the sector, finding the right data backed solution, and delivering sustainable results.

“I’m committed to supporting others, whether that’s through developing strategies, analysing data or jumping into additional projects. I believe that positive change starts when people feel supported and valued. I want to get under the skin of what clients need, and apply tried and tested, cost effective solutions to the challenges any of our partners are facing.

“I’m proud to join Skills for Justice and play a part in helping the amazing justice sector workforce succeed in their mission.”

Hannah joins Skills for Justice, part of The Workforce Development Trust group, also incorporating Skills for Health, SFJ Awards and People 1st International. She will be instrumental on delivering workforce interventions that help our clients build a workforce that meets public demand, and responds to the changing justice landscape into the future.
