Jordan Wilks joins Skills for Justice as new Client Manager

Jordan Wilks has joined Skills for Justice as our new Client Manager, bringing a wealth of experience in people management and experience of the defence sector.
Jordan started his career serving in the British Army for seven years with exemplary service, where he trained in intelligence, analytical and communication skills, which he used to present assessment reports to interpret trends, patterns and anomalies to enable decision makers.
Jordan is well versed in delivery having led organisational restructures and the introduction of new digitised systems. During his time as a Human Resource Advisor, he designed and co-ordinated the restructuring of people management department to facilitate with the introduction of a new people management digital system. This led him to move into the role of Information Manager where he fostered evidence and data-driven approaches to projects and proactively built relationships with stakeholders to enhance organisation effectiveness.
An associate member of the CIPD and a Change Management Practitioner, Jordan is proud to have worked with all three-armed services, the Civil Service, and he continues to be a British Army Reservist.

Jordan joins Skills for Justice, part of The Workforce Development Trust group, also incorporating Skills for Health, SFJ Awards and People 1st International, where he will be working together with clients across the justice, fire and rescue and defence sectors, understanding their needs and challenges.
