New partnership launched with The Institute of Leadership & Management

A new partnership has been established between our parent company The Workforce Development Trust and The Institute of Leadership & Management to promote effective leadership and management across the health, care, justice and community safety sectors, through the delivery of world-class leadership tools and resources, unlocking potential for both organisations and individuals.
The collaboration combines years of research, knowledge and innovation to champion a robust leadership and management agenda for the future.
The Institute is a thought leader, innovator and expert in leadership and management across the globe, offering its professional members cutting-edge, high quality and engaging learning resources and programmes which raise standards and help leaders and managers develop and grow.
The Workforce Development Trust, which encompasses Skills for Justice, SFJ Awards, Skills for Health, and People 1st International works with organisations and individuals to support workforce transformation, effectiveness, capability and assurance for those delivering services within the health, justice, community safety, travel, tourism, retail and hospitality sectors.
Through joining forces and aligning their philosophy and approaches on the definition of leadership and management and continuous professional development, the two organisations will develop mutually compatible world-class innovative products and services that will deliver a competitive advantage, push boundaries and inspire the next level of leaders to stand out from the competition.
