We can conduct audits of your current training or learning and development provision against awarding organisation criteria and make recommendations to meet organisational goals.
Training design and delivery
We can provide training for Assessors and IQA staff with up-to-date methods and technical competence across the sector. This can include coaching, online tutorials and masterclasses.
Assessment of learners
Our team of tutors, assessors and IQAs can provide expert support in assessing learners through their vocational qualifications. This can either be a formal qualification through SFJ Awards or a custom certification of your own training programme.
