Jordan Wilks

Jordan Wilks is an experienced public sector leader who joined Skills for Justice as our new Client Manager.

Before joining the team, Jordan served in the British Army for 7 years with exemplary service. He trained in intelligence, before re-training into the Adjutant’s General Corps. Jordan has extensive experience in people management and information management. Progressing in HR, he practised across a range of organisations, firstly as a generalist before specialising in diversity and inclusion. Jordan’s last role in the British Army regulars was as an Information Management Manager. His primary focus was delivering projects which combined the implementation of systems, policies, procedures, and training packages.

Jordan’s education and professional registrations reflect his interest as he holds a degree in History, is an associate member of the CIPD, and is a Change Management Practitioner. He is proud to have worked with all three-armed services, the Civil Service, and is still a British Army Reservist.
