Sharon has over 15 years’ experience working within the learning and development environment and has worked within the UK Justice sector for over nine years. The focus of her work is to support organisations in developing the products required to help ensure their staff have the knowledge and skills to competently carry out their roles, and to achieve the standards of practice necessary. She also provides consultancy and advice to help employers resolve training and development issues.
