Ruth joined Skills for Justice in April 2022 having worked for the Workforce Development Trust since July 2019. Ruth joined us with over 30 years’ experience delivering training, mentoring and coaching individuals and teams. Her previous experience includes the facilitation of employer groups to create, evaluate and review Apprenticeship standards and provide consultation to employers wishing to maximize their return on the Apprenticeship levy, improve existing programs, adapt programs to meet organisational needs and develop new training, learning and development programs.
